Anglian Water tenders £25m data and digital services framework contract

Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a framework contract for data and digital services worth an estimated £25 million.

The wide-ranging framework is seeking to put in place appropriately skilled external resources to work collaboratively within multi party/multi-disciplinary teams working in a number of different areas, including:

  • Human centred design and design thinking (i.e. design sprints);
  • UX and UI design (including design pattern development);
  • Hackathons;
  • Design and delivery of multi-experience solutions (mobile, PWA, conversational, immersive and wearables);
  • monitoring and analytics for digital products;
  • process and workflow automation;
  • API design, delivery and management;
  • Crowdsourcing and crowd solving;
  • Application development in a variety of modern coding languages;
  • automation and testing tools 
  • data quality (especially automation of);
  • information security and risk management;
  • privacy, ethics and data protection guidance;
  • augmented data management;
  • information management, search and discovery for all data types 
  • Blockchain;
  • analytics and data sciences (including geospatial, IoT, stream and event analytics, conversational analytics, data modelling, meta and master data management, continuous intelligence;
  • AI and ML tooling and capability including commercial AI/ML

Anglian Water is looking to put a framework agreement in place consisting of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers which will be used to support and enhance the company’s in-house capabilities.

Initial contract term is four years with a further extension option of up to four years.
