The procurement covers the construction, operation and maintenance of solar PV arrays on sites identified by the water company.

The 8-year framework agreement provides the opportunity to construct bespoke solar PV arrays across approximately 150 Yorkshire Water sites to generate electricity to be purchased by the utility under a long-term private power purchase agreement with any surplus exported to the grid.

Yorkshire Water is looking to appoint up to four suppliers to the framework.

Deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 22nd July 2020 – click here to access the tender documentation.
