GHD, one of the world’s leading engineering, environmental and advisory services companies, has been awarded a place on a new £119.5 million YORConsult2 framework set up to serve public sector bodies and third sector organisations in Yorkshire.
The professional services consultancy has been appointed as one of the structural engineers for the North East and South West Yorkshire projects under the new framework.
The South Yorkshire framework, which is worth a total of £79 million over four years, while the North East Yorkshire framework, totalling £40.5 million is over the same time frame. The scope of projects under the new framework range from bridge work to flood prevention measures.

GHD’s recent framework awards include a place on the Crown Commercial Services Framework. GHD is a formal partner of Turner Townsend contributing to the multi-billion CCS Framework through civil and structural engineering services for the provision of Project Management Full Design team Services. As part of the position on this Framework, GHD acquired Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
