The Environment Agency has gone out to tender with a four year contract for personal development training services including leadership and management, personal effectiveness and equality, diversity and inclusion worth an estimated £3 million.
The Agency is tendering the framework contract in three separate Lots covering a range of training services, including:
Lot 1 - foundation level management development for both aspiring and newly promoted team leaders. This Lot also covers personal effectiveness skills development at an introductory level that can be accessed by all staff. In 2016-17 the EA ran approximately 100 courses compromising of one day and multiple day courses and programmes.
Lot 2 - advanced level leadership and management development and personal effectiveness. This Lot is for more experienced and competent team leaders, managers and executive managers. In 2016-17 the EA ran approximately 40 courses comprising of one day and multiple day courses and programmes
Lot 3 - equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). The EA ran approximately 20 (3) day courses in 2016-17.
Course locations will include Bristol, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Reading and Peterborough.
