Ofwat has confirmed the appointment of MOSL as the Market Operator ahead of the retail market opening for business next month.

On the 13th February 2017, Ofwat wrote to all licensed parties - wholesalers and retailers - asking for confirmation on the appointment of a Market Operator.

Ofwat said all of the responses received indicated that MOSL was to be appointed as the Market Operator.

In an email sent to all wholesalers and retailers today, Adam Cooper Director, Retail Market Opening said that all of the responses received indicated that MOSL was to be appointed as the Market Operator.
