Anglian Water has awarded an AMP6 contract for the provision of telemetry hardware and software server support and maintenance services.

Newbury-based Pervasive Networks Ltd has won the five year contract, which is worth an estimated £788,000. The firm was one of two companies who bid for the work.

Pervasive Ltd - which comprises Pervasive Networks Ltd and Beovax Computer Services Ltd – was bought by leading UK business process management and integrated professional support service provider Capita in May last year.

The business sits within Capita IT Enterprise Services as part of the Technology Solutions division.
