NI Water has identified a need to procure a Professional Services Framework for its capital works programme for the remaining period of the Price Control 2015 period (2015-2021), with potential to be extended into the subsequent price control period 2021 (PC21).

The framework includes

  • provision for framework management;
  • modelling;
  • pre-construction project management;
  • design, process and tendering;
  • MEICA;
  • and construction project management for projects from inception stage through to construction of the capital works programme.

The work packages and projects awarded will relate to Engineering Consultancy services associated with delivery of water and waste-water assets. The framework will be 4 years in duration, with potential for extension for a further 3 years, approved on an annual basis. The framework value is estimated to be between £8 million to £20 million per annum based on the projected PC15 Capital Programme Expenditure.

Total estimated value of the framework for the 4-year duration will be £80 million and approximately £140 million if extended by the additional 3 years.
