Multi-disciplined engineering solutions provider Boulting Group has been appointed as principal  contractor to United Utilities AMP6 Operational Technology Design and Build Framework.

Under the contract Boulting will work with United Utilities to deliver operational design and build projects - the wider design and build scope includes the role of principal contractor.

Boulting said a collaborative approach and early engagement between the two companies means United Utilities can take full advantage of its expertise in technology, quality products, project management and extensive experience in the water industry.

Boulting Technology Managing Director Gordon Mullis commented;

“Engaging early in the design process means that we can deliver cost effective design, build and installation that truly delivers United Utilities’ vision of increasing wholesale efficiency enabled by a range of innovative projects”.

Boulting will support its work on the contract from its Warrington headquarters, together with support from its offices around the United Kingdom.
