Thames Water is inviting comments from customers, communities, and stakeholders across the region to share their views and help shape its draft business plan for 2025 – 2030.

The water company is currently preparing its detailed business plan and plans to invest around £16 billion during the next regulatory cycle.
Thames Water will hold a virtual ‘Your water, your say’ event from 3pm to 5pm, on Friday 19 May. The event will be hosted by an Independent Chair, appointed by the regulator Ofwat and the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).
